Paul Lee

Paul graduated from Melbourne University in 1988 and moved to Kerang in rural northwest Victoria to work in full-time private practice. After six and a half years of country practice he moved to Nigeria, West Africa to serve in a missionary school clinic for six months. He returned to Melbourne in 1996, joining Dr Leong at the Ringwood Surgery. Paul enjoys the variety of general dentistry, but has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry implementing the use of orthodontics and implants. Apart from work, he also enjoys a good game of golf, serving in his local church and spending time with Sylvia and their very active little boys, Brandon and Jaiden.

Seng Yap Leong

Dr. Leong graduated from The University of Singapore in 1965. He migrated to Australia with his family in 1976 and has been practicing general dentistry in Melbourne for the last 28 years. His focus is now working part time, predominantly in Orthodontics, in which he has gained quite a reputation for. Golf is his hobby and his church work is his passion, and he loves spending time with his grandchildren.

June Yeoh

After graduating from the University of Singapore June spent a year at the Eastman Dental Hospital, University of London. She graduated in 1976 with a Master of Science in Conservative Dentistry(Prosthodontics). She lectured at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Singapore from 1973-1980 and then went into private practice in Singapore until 2007. In February 2008 she moved to Melboune. June enjoys reading, craft/jewellery making and bread making.

Jade Chai

Dr Jade Chai (nee Chen) is a 2001 honours graduate from the University of Melbourne. She worked in Shepparton for a year before joining our practice. Since then she has completed a Graduate Certificate in Dentistry (University of Adelaide) to extend her general practice knowledge and skills, particularly in minimal intervention, minor oral surgery and periodontics. She is currently also demonstrating for (clinical supervising) dental students at her alma mater to train them to become good dentists, and often respond to opportunities to help the less fortunate like the bushfire victims in Victoria and the rural poor overseas. She is passionate about educating patients about oral disease and to help you attain good, easy to maintain oral health.

Elice Chen

After graduating from Melbourne University, Elice opted for a change of scene and lived in Northeast Victoria for several years, working in the Wangaratta and Benalla community dental clinics. She is interested in preventative dentistry – helping you look after and maintain your oral health. She has recently moved back to Melbourne but still enjoys working a few days a week in the country. On the long drive back to Melbourne, she often listens to anything from Air Supply, Backstreet Boys to Mark Ronson.

Dr Ju Young Shin – Neo

Neo was born in South Korea but finished her high school education in Dunedin, New Zealand. She then completed her dental science degree with honors at the University of Melbourne. After graduating from dental school she was involved in the school dental program at Darebin Community Health. Currently she is working part time in Mitcham and also at the Hoppers Crossing Dental Clinic in Hoppers Crossing. She enjoys treating children, and has an interest in Prosthodontics (making dentures and crowns). In her spare time she loves oil painting and recently experimenting in coffee arts. Although her family live in South Korea she keeps busy in the company of friends, including her two cats.
